Quality Policy
Bolton Brothers Limited is a manufacturer and supplier of bespoke orthoses to the National Health Service.
It is the policy of the Company that all products will be manufactured to the highest standards of technical quality. This will be achieved through the use of the highest quality materials and equipment and through comprehensive monitoring and continuous improvement of the quality system, e.g. training of the workforce, customer satisfaction feedback system etc.

It is therefore the policy of the management that Bolton Brothers Limited shall manufacture products to the standards required by the N.H.S. Procurement Directorate far Rehabilitation Products to BS EN ISO 9001:2000. Additionally, the Company's operations shall comply with the requirements of the European Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC (14 June 1993) through Certification to Quality Standard BS EN ISO 13485 : 2003. Compliance with the European Medical Device Directive shall form the basis far CE-marking of stock item finished products sold by the Company, as appropriate to the business.

This document is the authorised Quality Manual of Bolton Brothers Limited, and will demonstrate how the standards of Quality Assurance appropriate to the success of the business are attained and maintained.
